Orthologous Groups between Tea Plant (SCZ) and other 11 Representative Plant Species ID convert

A total of 399,122 representative peptide sequences from tea plant (C. sinensis var. sinensis), grape (Vitis vinifera), poplar (Populus trichocarpa), coffee (Coffea arabica), Cocoa (Theobroma cacao), African oil palm (Elaeis guineensis), peach (Prunus persica), Medicago (Medicago truncatula), Kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis), Amborella (Amborolla trichopoda), Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana) and Assam tea (C. sinensis var. assamica) were used for identification of putative orthologous groups using OrthoMCL with default parameters (Li et al., 2003). A total of 27,610 genes in 15,224 gene groups were identified. Each putative orthologous group can be retrieved by searching tea plant gene identifier (e.g. TEA005863.1), kiwifruit locus identifier (e.g., Achn253281), Amborella gene identifier (e.g., scaffold00065.28), Arabidopsis gene identifier (e.g., AT2G14260), coffee gene identifier (e.g., Cc02_g20380), oil palm gene identifier (e.g. p5_sc00116.V1.gene247), Medicago gene identifier (e.g. Medtr2g010480.1), poplar gene identifier (e.g. Potri.001G287700.1), peach gene identifier (e.g. ppa006357m), cocoa gene identifier (e.g. Tc02_g002560), assam tea gene identifier (e.g. CSA031647.1), and grape gene identifier (e.g. GSVIVT01036968001).
